Role: Agile Coach (Inside IR35)

Contract: 6 Months

Rate: £500pd-£550pd

Our leading client based in Cardiff are looking for an Agile Coach to join the business on a 6 month contract. You will be joining a large development team of up to 16 scrums, delivering a challenging portfolio of legislative and transformational change and be responsible for ensuring a consistent and effective Agile development approach with transparent metrics driving continuous improvement in the pace and quality of the clients pipeline delivery.

Skills and experience required

* Recognised Agile Coaching qualification / certification.

* Proven experience implementing and refining agile methodologies including, but not limited to, SCRUM and Kanban.

* Proven experience of, and success in overcoming, the challenges of operating Agile software development and delivery at scale.

* Proven ability to influence and educate employees at all levels, including senior executives, on Agile principles and processes.

* Proven ability to utilise Agile artifacts and other metrics to identify issues and drive improvements in pace and quality of delivery.
