My client is currently seeking a Database Administrator/SQL Junior Developer to take ownership of managing their critical database systems, driving a efficient approach to optimisation and working within the development team to provide support and manage the various aspects of SQL Server.Client DetailsMy client a Health based business located in the Portsmouth area is looking to aquire a Database Administrator to assist the company to transform and improve their IT Team and SQL DBA capacity.DescriptionThe suitable candidate will have knowledge of SQL server and be comfortable working within a development team to monitor different aspects of SQL Database. The role requires a versatile individual that will take ownership of improving and optimising the database, keeping business critical systems online and ensuring that any real time problems are resolved to minimise server downtime.ProfileEssential Skills- Experience working with SQL Server- Experience working with T-SQL Desirable Skills- Knowledge of Power BI solution- Knowledge of SSIS- Knowledge of Reporting tools (i.e Crystal reports etc) Job OfferMy client is offering a compensation package of £37,000 for the right individual in addition to working within the development team and deepen their knowledge of SSIS.
