My multinational financial services client is in need of a Senior Trade Floor Support Engineer who has a strong and extensive background dealing with traders and market data applications. Along with being one of the more technical members of the team and overseeing some support operations and leading a number of internal projects you will need to have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Trade Floor Support

* Drive efficiency of use of desktop systems

* 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for Treasury/front office systems

* Experience with, IPC Dealboard and Market Data

* Knowledge of Reuters and Bloomberg Desktop Applications

* Windows Server and Desktop

* VDI Knowledge

* Office 365 applications

* Avaya IP Office phone systems

* Apple iOS mobile technology

* Cisco video conference solutions
