Role Overview
Brief overview of Project/Task:
Dismounted Situational Awareness (DSA) is a new capability for 12000+ dismounted users to provide a game-changing C2 advantage on the battlefield providing an RF network supporting automated C2 to DCC troops. To deliver this requirement, the DSA project team require technical & non-technical support.
Role Summary:
Provide support for the wider DSA project team producing outputs required from DSA project processes including but not limited to:
* Stakeholder & Industry engagement feedback
* DSA Actions log
* DSA lessons Learnt Log
* Risk Register
* Master Data Assumption Log
* Dependency Log
Responsibilities & Outputs (against SoR/TO):
* Provide technical and engineering subject matter expertise and knowledge to DSA
* Provide Lead Engineer assurance over the DSA project, specifically technical oversight of the solution including integration with the wider BATCIS CDO, technical support to
* acquisition strategy, competition and procurement processes.
* Create and develop the DSA Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP).
