My insurance client based in the heart of the city is looking to bring on a contractor to work on the European helpdesk.
You will be the first point of contact so must have excellent excellent communication skills and be good with people.
The successful candidate will be supporting mainly Microsoft technologies including Windows 10, MS Office 2016 / 365, Active Directory and full desktop hardware support.
You will be providing support via remote tools, Email, telephone and also face to face.
