Dynamics CRM 3rd Line Support Consultant, £40,000, Reading + home working, MS Partner, 3rd line support + development, Enterprise D365 systems, Progression to consultancy

An established MS Partner are growing out their CRM practice and are looking for a Dynamics CRM 3rd Line Support Consultant to join their Reading based support team. This role is split between state of the art Reading office facilities and home working.

You'll support enterprise D365 systems spread across multiple verticals including professional services and construction. The role will be split between 3rd line support and fresh development opportunities, working on enterprise D365 systems across multiple verticals including professional services and construction. A major emphasis is placed on relationship building with clients rather than just providing ad hoc support. This leads into natural progression into consultancy, as the CRM practice is the growing arm of the business - consultancy progression plans are in place to get you to the next level or into other leadership roles.

The requirements are…

• Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM, ideally versions 2015, 2016 or 365
• Experience supporting 3rd line Dynamics CRM issues
• Technical skill set including C#
• Experience developing custom C# plugins for Dynamics CRM is advantageous
• Skilled in customisation and configuration
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of O365, SharePoint or Azure are desirable
