The company deliver a wide range of services to existing, and new clients, and manage relationships effectively and efficiently - whilst providing a high quality service.DescriptionEcommerce Project Manager - Delivery Manager - Consultancy The successful candidate can expect to carry out tasks, such as: Work effectively with internal and external colleagues to create a budding customer relationship. Thus making every customer a long-standing one. Take ownership of all aspects of customer communication and effectively resolve any problems in a timely manner. Spot and eliminate any potential risks that could hinder customer satisfaction or renewal. Work with the Account Management team to manage and identify any potential opportunities with existing accounts to maintain relationships and aid the likelihood of renewals. Build, maintain and uphold trusting relationships with existing clients. Review the services delivered to plan future roadmap delivery. Deliver client items using short sprint methods. Conduct and outline schedules for release. Ensure that items are delivered, in the highest quality, to the end stakeholder.
