Project Manager vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company.Your experience/skills:Prior experience in Stakeholder Management and large scale Project ManagementExcellent communication and problem solving skills as well as detail orientationAbility to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations and prioritiesAbility to work autonomously and proactively solve problems across multiple teamsBachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experienceLanguages: English, fluent in written and spokenYour tasks:Systematically categorising and tracking issues and finding long term fixesCrafting surveys and working with product management on CSAT surveysTracking useful metrics and suggesting process improvements as well as following up on outstanding AIs from meetingsTracking ongoing collaborations and office hours to gather useful metricsComing up with a process that is minimal overhead for clients to follow and incentives for clients to use the processProviding an overview of all teams in the development process by expanding tracking to all client teamsStreamlining existing channels and suggesting new feedback channels and ideas Start: ASAP
