As Infrastructure Operations Manager, you will provide leadership to infrastructure support teams, championing a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and ensuring that infrastructure systems and services work efficiently and effectively. You will manage vendor support relationships and partner with department leads to ensure a high quality of support for their deployments and applications. You will also assist in the development and implementation of IT Processes, working with project managers to develop operational transition documents and applicable processes for your assigned projects.
