An support role reporting to ITOM SME to help with the maturing of the CORTISONE Delivery Model and of its key interfacing functions to help ensure smooth delivery of the Programme and minimise risk for live services.

The successful candidate will be able to go out into the wider business and discuss existing or planned processes across the service lifecycle and then be able to feed those back in to the ITOM model to help shape the processes for the future

Key responsibilities:

* Supporting the iterations of CORTISONE Delivery Model design and processes

* Proposing, designing and socialising service improvements and supporting relevant service or process owners in their implementation

* Supporting the streamlining of CORTISONE and ISS governance and assurance processes, where feasible

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
