1st Line Support Analyst

Spring Technology currently has an exciting new opportunity. We're currently recruiting for two 1st Line Support Analysts to join one of our leading clients in Leicester on a permanent basis.

The Role:

Our client is looking for candidates who have a solid background in IT support more so at 1st line level, also someone who is willing to be very flexible and will provide very hands on approach to the various tasks that this role requires.

The role will be assisting and supporting the clients American Customers so will require someone who is happy to work on one of the following shift patterns Monday-Friday:

* 1.30pm - 10:00pm

* 2:30pm - 11:00pm

Due to the hours being abnormal office hours, the client is also offering a £6,000 shift allowance on top of salary.

Experience Required:

* Previous experience within an IT 1st Line role

* Experience using Windows and other basic Microsoft software's

* Ability to deal with Change Requests

* Active Directory Experience

* Exceptional communication skills

* Customer focused

* Previous experience within customer service

* Previous experience with IP Roll-outs
