.Net Developer - 3 months - Lewes

My client in the public sector is looking for a highly experienced .Net Developer who will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a number of digital products which will be implemented within a Microsoft Azure Cloud subscription using a number of web services. The post holder will lead a small team of developers both fixed term and contractors (and/or outsourced resources) in delivering a number of bespoke solutions.

The technologies that are utilised include

- ASP.Net Core / MVC

- Asp Web API .Net Core 2.1

- C# VB.Net a plus, SQL, HTML, CSS, Jscript and associated libraries and workflows (WebPack, SPA etc.), JSON

- Git Source Control

- Web services - (RESTful)

- Continuous Integration & Deployment experience a plus. (Azure Devops)

- Experienced in writing, consuming RESTful services (JSON)

- MS Azure and scalable solutions

The post holder will be responsible for end to end delivery over the full life cycle of solutions deployed in the cloud and on premises and operating across a dedicated WAN and beyond.

The post holder is responsible for the design, implementation testing deployment and documenting the solutions.

They will manage technical development with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.

The post holder will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external to the organisation, strong project management ability, good communication skills, a flexible approach to working and a willingness to go the extra mile are critical to the success of this role.
