The Contractor shall update, manage and maintain the ILS Team. The Contractor shall create, manage and maintain the Authority Support Solution Development Tool (SSDT) for the Assessment Phase & ensure it is aligned. The SSDT is an Information Systems & Services (ISS) mandated tool that provides a record of support solution development activity in a format which is coherent and consistent.

The Contractor shall create, manage and maintain the Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP) and Integrated Logistics Support Elements Plan including, as a minimum where appropriate for the current phase of the project, the following areas:

*Supply Support;

*Technical Documentation and Information;

*Reliability and Maintainability (R&M);

*Support and Test Equipment (S&TE);

*Manpower and Human Factors;

*Packaging, Handling, Storage and Transportation (PHS&T);

*Disposal;

*Software Support;

*Facilities;

*Supportability, Testing and Verification (including Logistics Demonstration);

*Configuration Management;

*In-Service Support and Monitoring; and Obsolescence.

In order for the Contractor to deliver the aforementioned support and outputs, the client believes the following skills and experience are required:

*Knowledge and experience of military communications;

*Knowledge and experience of working in multi-discipline teams to deliver successful projects;

*Good communication and inter-personal skills to enable them to lead on Logistic support issues through consensus;

*Knowledge and experience of the Def Stan 00-600, 00-40 00-42 and the DLF;

*Able to undertake R&M modelling and LORA activities;

*Knowledge and experience of CLS contracts;

*Knowledge and experience of stakeholder management of Senior Crown Servants; and knowledge and experience of briefing solutions in a simple and understandable manner
