Moving away from a traditional catalogue business model and embracing the eCommerce market, this is a business in the grip of change, so it's an exciting time to be coming on board. DescriptionProject Leader - Bradford - Retail - Up to £35kThis role will have a broad spectrum of responsibilities, working alongside the Business Change Manager in a small team to deliver key technical and transformational projects.Take the lead on multiple projects (ranging from GDPR, software development and process change initiatives) Managing key stakeholders (up to Board level) and 3rd party suppliers Manage the software development lifecycle to implement new solutions Monitor business processes and make suggestions for improvements Work with the Business Analysts to gather and document requirements, liaise with end users and produce viable technical solutions for the business Drive forward the adoption of an Agile delivery style ProfileDue to the fast-paced and evolving nature of this business and team, the successful candidate will need to be outgoing and confident, with excellent communication skills. We are ideally looking to find someone with the following blend of skills:Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Demonstrable experience of managing and delivery on projects from start to finish A Business Analysis background and an eye for process improvement opportunities Previous experience with GDPR related projects would be a distinct advantage Prior experience in the retail sector, or SME business in a similar industry would be beneficial Able to work independently and deal with senior stakeholders Job OfferThis is an opportunity to join a really established business who are at the start of a transformation journey.
