As Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will support the dynamic manufacturing operations of the facility. You will also be responsible for manufacturing process development for new product introductions and technologies. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will interact with customers during the development and introduction of new products and technologies. Responsibilities:Developing, documenting and implementing manufacturing methods needed to produce new productsDesigning and implementing manufacturing tooling to improve workplace safety, workstation ergonomics, operator productivity and product quality.Reviewing Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and taking appropriate measures to ensure all product documentation for the affected operations (methods, BOMs, test procedures etc.) are updated to support the change prior to the release to production.Analysing, reporting and optimising production cost structure Requirements:Ideally a minimum of 5-6 years in medical device environment with experience of transferring and supporting new manufacturing lines.Leadership qualities is a must in terms of how they communicate and interact.Validation (IQ,OQ,PQ) and statistical analysis a key requirement for this role.Good knowledge of Quality Management system requirements / ISO13485 required.People management and/or mentoring a requirement with the ideal candidate coming from a similar role and looking to progress to manufacturing or engineering management.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or related fieldBenefits:Really competitive salaryHealth insurancePerformance related bonusPensionIf you are interested in the above role then please get in touch today!!
