Technology Programme Manager

12 - 18 month contract - to £950pd max

Finance and HR Transformation Programme

Southampton, Hampshire

Having successfully filled the Head of Technology as a preferred recruitment partner to this prestigious global financial services organisation, we have been asked to now secure a contract Technology Programme Manager who will report into this individual and have their own delivery team of 20-30 individuals.

This is the chance for a well-established individual to take on the responsibility for delivering four workstreams of a very complex and significant optimisation transformation programme.

The successful candidate will deliver the data extraction, ETL processes and data cleansing for a very large number of applications within HR, Finance and Procurement as part of the transformation and migration to cloud. Therefore it is essential that candidates have strong back office transformation experience and are familiar with the process of extracting and transferring data for migration to the cloud.

Key Responsibilities

-Act as a hands-on Programme Manager for a back office transformation to cloud based systems

-Lead four workstreams for HR, Finance, Procurement and Migration Decommissioning

-Manage a delivery team of 20-30 individuals

-Delivering all Data Requirements including Data Extraction, ETL Processes, Data Cleansing, Data Translation, Data Integration, Data Rationalising, Data Archiving, MI Rationalisation and Transformation

Skills and Experience Required

-Leadership of multi-skilled delivery teams

-Experience delivering data solutions (including cloud integration)

-Managing simultaneous change across many applications and entities

-Managing complex technology transformation programmes

-Managing complex data transformation and migration programmes

-PRINCE2 and MSP Certified

-Delivery through Agile Methodology

Location: This position is located in the heart of the innovative city of Southampton just a few minutes' walk from the train station and is accessible by a direct line from London Waterloo. Commutable with great rail and road links from surrounding areas including Surrey, Berkshire, Sussex, Wiltshire, Dorset and London.
