Initial 12 month Senior Systems Engineer contract in Sydney CBD working on a project with one of Australia's largest Finance Companies.Provide 3rd level support to customersAct as the escalation point for System Engineers - Level 2 teamAssist technical engineers and delivery teams respond and resolve BAU service volume and monthly obligationsDevelop a deep understanding of the clients InfrastructureBuild a strong relationship with all client stakeholdersMeet SLA standards across all assigned work typesProactive identification and management of any potential issuesLiaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolutionMonitoring and management of backup servicesMaintain quality control through best practices across supporting platforms or technologiesEnsure documentation is up-to-date for customer infrastructure and services deliveredDevelop and build knowledge article on documentation platform to share with wider services teamAssist in facilitating project work and transition to BAU servicesExpert level skills in:Active DirectoryOffice 365Azure/AWSVMwareVeeamNutanixIf you feel you're suitable for this role and are open to new opportunities, please apply.
