Are you a highly experienced Dynamics CRM Business Analyst with a proven track record in the analysis, design, implementation and troubleshooting of IT systems? We are looking for a Dynamics CRM Business Analyst to join at an exciting stage of an ambitious Dynamics 365 (CE) project based at a private sector organisation in Leeds, North England! *** Dynamics CRM Business Analyst*** Large private sector organisation based in Leeds, North England*** Initial 6-month contract with extension a strong possibility*** £450.00-£500.00 per day*** Experience delivering complex Dynamics CRM solutions required This Dynamics CRM Business Analyst will be part of the team tasked with implementing Dynamics 365 for customer service throughout the business. You'll need to possess outstanding stakeholder management skills, be experienced of As-Is and To-Be processes and have a strong MS Visio skill set. Working across the business the Dynamics CRM Business Analyst will identify problems and develop innovative solutions to progress a Dynamics 365 (CE) implementation.
