As the UK leaders within their industry and having secured their position on the international stage the business is going from strength to strength. New products are being developed and more and more orders are coming in so they are now looking for a Process Engineer to assist this growth and help them continue to grow.In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the Technical aspects of the manufacturing process. You will have overall responsibility for the quality of the product, liaising with customers regarding quality defects and working to continuously improve the manufacturing processes. Given the nature of the products and industries they supply to, you will need a strong chemical understanding and background. The role will be a senior role within the business, reporting directly to the General Manager you will work across all levels of the business to solve problems, improve quality and reduce waste.

This is the ideal role for someone looking for a role where they can work autonomously, in a technically challenging that requires constant problem solving.THE ROLE:

*Oversee the Manufacturing Process

*Liaise with customers regarding quality defects

*Work across all levels of the business to assist with continuous improvements

*Give advice to operators to imporve the production processTHE PERSON:

*Chemical background - ideally a Degree in Chemical Engineer or Chemistry

*Familiar with manufacturing processes
