Do you have experience as a principle designer within the construction industry and also have knowledge/ experience of CDM?

Are you looking for a role where you will be based from home, be given autonomy and offered further chances to progress?

This company are a leading provider of health and safety serviced throughout the UK and worldwide.

In this role you will be providing principle designer services and principle designer support and providing an advisory and technical support service to construction industry clients.You will also be working with this companies clients on construction projects carrying out CDM duties advising on CDM 2015 and will be part of this companies CDM regional team. The ideal candidate with have experience in a design engineering role within construction and have been in a CDM advisory role.

This is a great role for a principle design to join a leading business where you will play a key part in their growth and development.

The role:

*Providing principle designer services and principle designer support.

*providing an advisory and technical support service to construction industry clients.

*Discharging client duties under CDM regulations.

*Reviewing designs and supporting clients to ensure the general principles or prevention are applied by designers and principle designers.

*Ensuring practical implementation of CDM on site.,

*Compiling and writing CDM documentation and reports.The person

*Experience in construction.

*Experience in design or construction of residential or commercial buildings.
