Problem Change Analyst
Hampshire
£175 per day
Whilst this role is a temporary position, for three months the successful candidate may be offered an extension following a successful contract. IT Service Desk experience would be an advantage but not necessary. We are looking for someone with excellent administration skills but are looking to move to a more challenging role.

Confident in data analytics and management information evidence to support problem diagnosis and decision making
Main Responsibilities
Support the day to day running of the Change Management and Problem Management process.
Review and validate Change records to ensure that they are correctly categorised, approved, and that they contain a sufficient level of information on the risk and impact to the business.
Assist with Identifying, classifying and prioritizing Problem records, analysing trends, resolving root causes and implementing solutions.
Monitoring the progress of change and problem records.
Support teams within the IT Department in their management of Problem and Change management.
Essential Qualifications
5 GCSEs (grade A-C) or equivalent including Maths and English.
