As part of the in-house support team you will be the 'port of call' for any 1st/2nd line queries. Reporting to the IT manager, you will bring with you a wide range of support knowledge and experience, especially with Windows operating systems 7+, Windows server, Active Directory and Network trouble shooting. You must be able to stand on your own feet and hit the ground running.
