Fancy working with the Europe's leading Entertainment Company? We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in West London to manage the delivery of capabilities to provide analytics ready data, enabling our data driven culture.
Description:
The Strategic Data Analytics Programme is responsible for creating a robust, centralised and connected data environment that unleashes the power of data. We gather data across all customer/prospect journeys in near real-time, to allow fast feedback loops across territories; this platform is at the core of being able to make intelligent customer and business decisions.
You will:
* Manage projects that provide elements of the Strategic Data Platform and implement requirements from different parts of the business onto the platform
* Create and maintain project plans
* Track and report progress against plan
* Monitor, mitigate and escalate risks and issues
* Work in an agile project environment team across geographies.
* Work closely with the Programme manager, PMs, Business and Data Analysts, architects, scrum teams, end-to-end test teams and business stakeholders.
* Contribute in the setting up of project / programme governance processes and forums
* Be the main point of contact for understanding data from various channels within the community
* Facilitate the team's delivery of new features whilst maintaining a culture of continuous improvement
* Generate and share new ideas within the team and department
* Provide constructive and useful feedback to peers
* Foster an environment of operational responsibility within the team by ensuring applications are monitored and always up and running
You'll have:
* Experience in a previous project management role within an agile environment using Scrum/Kanban methodologies
* Experience of working within complex programmes.
* Experience of Big Data projects
* Experience of managing multiple vendors and on-shore / off-shore working models
* Good communication and stakeholder management skills
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
