Client is a leading reinsurer who are looking to recruit a Head of Actuarial Operations on an interim basis.

This role is a senior, strategic position that will require a very experienced actuary to be in charge of a large team, so somebody who has led medium-large teams previously will be strongly preferred. You will need to have the ability to shape and drive the vision for the business, balancing long-term goals with short-term, pragmatic business needs.

It also has best-in-market rates available.
