The Role
Development of web applications at both client and server tiers.Work cohesively with others to design and create highly desirable and usable productsDesigning and tuning the database for optimal performance, including troubleshooting issues using tools such as SQL Profiler, Execution plans and Index Tuning.Writing clean, object orientated code using a test driven approachKnowledge sharing, including code reuse and use of convention.Participate in structured training and team away days.
