IT Support Analyst required to join a company that operates within the Financial Services Industry. Although small they are rapidly expanding with energy and ambition. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to expand on their IT skills.

Your primary role as the IT Support Analyst would involve providing outstanding technical support to their team; installing and maintaining network systems and providing first line of support for service tickets.

In order to be suitable for this role you should be detail orientated and highly organised. Possess a problem solving attitude for tackling a diverse range of challenges, and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience in:

  • Office 365
  • Advanced MS server skills
  • Client OS Knowledge, AD and group policies
  • DB-MS SQL Server knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of all MS Office Products
  • Advanced knowledge of iPhone and mobile phone device management
  • Remote working and access knowledge & skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English

The following knowledge would be beneficial:

  • Knowledge of the Collections & Recoveries Industry
  • Understanding of the Data Protection legislation
