Data Platform Engineer (Azure Databricks Python SQL). Start-up data technology / consultancy is seeking a technologist Data Platform Engineer to work on an Azure data platform building complex analytics products for clients including public companies to innovative, high-growth start-ups within industries such as retail, eCommerce, FinTech and Gaming.

You'll be using the latest data technologies including Databricks in a start-up environment with little bureaucracy where you can make a real impact; collaborate with a friendly and upbeat team and enjoy a good work / life balance.

Requirements:

*Must have Azure data platform experience (e.g. Azure Data Warehouse, Data Factory, Blob Storage)

*Must have Databricks and Python experience

*Strong experience with data analysis, data modelling (Kimball) and governance, with excellent analytical and problem solving abilities

*Good knowledge of Data Warehouses, ETL pipelines

*Good appreciation of the modern software development lifecycle, CI/CD
