Due to continual success and growing demand they now require an Architectural Technician/ Design Engineer to ensure the prompt delivery of their manufacture and interior and floor planning services.The Architectural Technician will take site survey documentation and produce detailed technical drawings for final proposals and manufacture. The specialist nature of the work will require an understanding of 2D CAD and Sketchup skills are essential. Any experience in the office interior design industry will be advantageous.You will working on a variety of design and projects ranging in size and cost. One recent design included a indoor slide which went from the 4th to ground floor!This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, growing local business that will see the Architectural Technician broaden their skills and work as a part of a highly skilled engineering team.The role*Reviewing site survey documentation to create proposal and manufacture drawings

*Multiple projects with varying design demands

*Using AutoCAD and Sketchup

*Meeting with customers to understand their needs.

*Liasing with procject managers.

*Interpricitng customer ideas into drawings.The person*AutoCAD skills

*Understanding of Sketchup
