One of our consulting client is looking for Frontend (React) Developer Location-Canary WharfRate -As per market
Duration-6 months Contract
Starts -15 Nov Here is a quick summary of the role: Responsibilities:
· Work as a front end developer on a Commodities Pricing Platform written with React HTML5 front end and Python server side.
· Collaborate with quants and traders on implementing linear and option product pricing, implied volatility & greek calculations as well as develop functionality in the UI to display the data in a consolidated manner
· Examination of existing trader spread sheets to understand pricing logic and then translation of this logic to a functional technology solution
· Be involved to implementation, testing, documentation and release process as per business requirements and firm standards
Knowledge/Experience: Experience closely working with Front Office and Quant teams, understanding their requirements and implementing solutions adhering to business needs Experience developing projects covering linear and option Pricing, Risk/PNL, RFQ, Trade Booking Ability to work in a fast paced trading environment Technical Knowledge/Experience:
· Expert in at least one of these technologies: React(preferably) / Angular / HTML5 / UI&UX Design / ag-Grid / Typescript
