A leading pharmaceutical company based in Cork, are looking for a Senior Product Quality Manager to join their Cork site.In this role, you would be responsible for the management of the product quality team, as well as having QA oversight for the group's external manufacturing partners. This is an interesting position that combines people-management with CMO management.Your New Role;As Senior Product Quality Manager you will;Lead a team of 4 direct reports- including 1 Lab manager and 3 Product Quality SpecialistsEnsure a high degree budgetary oversight for laboratory operationsEnsure adequate oversight and review of Deviations, Investigation reports and the assessment of assigned CAPA's and timely follows up with contract manufacturers as needed to ensure effective resolutionEnsure system is in place for risk assessment and escalation of complaints to senior management and suppliersLiaise and build relationships with manufacturers and involved parties to ensure product quality issues are investigated in a timely manner and are documented appropriatelyYour New Company;This is an innovative company with ambitious expansion plans.
