Now due to this they require a Production Manager to join the team in a pivotal role.Reporting into the MD, you will be taking ownership of the whole production team. This will involve all production planning and scheduling, KPI's, estimates and lead times, and management activities of the team. You will be given the freedom to implement your own ideas and then can further progress into a Director positon in the future.The ideal candidate will be a Production Manager from a sheet metal or fabrication background, who has strong planning abilities and is looking for a challenge.This is a fantastic chance to join an expanding business, that can offer you a technically interesting and varied role, coupled with a family feel environment where you can progress your career to senior levels.The Role:
