We are therefore seeking to appoint a motivated Systems Analyst who is experienced in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Stakeholder Management to join our ever-growing team.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

The role of the Systems Analyst will be to work with the Business Analyst to understand business requirements and convert high level requirements to technical specifications and supplier delivered RFC's. You will use your skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Stakeholder Management to liaise with third party software developers to deliver a software that meets the business needs. You will resolve any issues identified through UAT test process to ensure the solution delivers the intended outcomes. You will be acting as Second Line Support for all software and develop internal software solutions using Share Point and other technologies. The Systems Analyst will perform root cause analysis for key incidents and set up, configure, test and make live new decision engine rules.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…Previous experience in a software Support roleMicrosoft Office, Microsoft Project and Stakeholder ManagementUnderstanding of Project Management methodologiesIT'S NICE TO HAVE…Share Point and/or Visual Studio development experienceUnderstanding of basic financial processesInterest in innovative financial products
