As a Trainee Intelligence Analyst, you'll discover ways to grow your knowledge, developing your expertise in everything from Network Analysis to Data Science. We'll tailor our development programme to suit you, with a mix of classroom-based learning and on-the-job training. If you bring the determination, we'll offer endless encouragement to help you succeed. In fact, your skills will directly help us to fight everything from terrorism to serious crime. But you won't do this alone. You'll work alongside others who'll give you lots of support and advice. Ideally, you'll have a minimum of two GCSEs at grade 5 or above (maths and English), or equivalent. Importantly, you'll have a real enthusiasm and curiosity for learning. Always keeping up with current trends, you'll enjoy working with innovative tech. And with great communication skills, you'll work well independently and as part of a team.
