As an IT Delivery and Support Technician, this two-year programme will turn you into our go-to tech expert. Carrying out everything from simple installations to configuring hardware and software components, networking, service management, system administration and user enquiries, you'll be ready to step up. If you bring the determination, we'll offer endless encouragement to help you succeed. In fact, your skills will directly help us to fight everything from terrorism to serious crime. But you won't do this alone. You'll work alongside others who'll give you lots of support and advice. Ideally, you'll have a minimum of two GCSEs at grade 5 or above (maths and English), or equivalent. Importantly, you'll have a real enthusiasm and curiosity for learning. Always keeping up with current trends, you'll enjoy working with innovative tech. And with great communication skills, you'll work well independently and as part of a team.
