We believe our developers training, progression path and working environment is imperative.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?Immersing yourself within our software house you will be involved with individuals who are advanced with JavaScript and multiple frameworks. Using your NodeJS / VueJS / JavaScript /MongoDB / Docker / Cloud experience you will be building products for our large pool of clients by collaborating with other developers in the team to create bespoke platforms working with microservices orientated architecture. You will take part in meetings and discussions where you will be able to give suggestions and implement ideas before designing, coding and testing the products. As a senior member of the team you will be expected to follow procedures and meet requirements of each project whilst being observant and knowing when there is a need for change in practice. You will lead the team on certain tasks and to mentor the Juniors in the team helping them develop and in turn this experience will be sure to help you develop in your career too.
