IT Support Analyst - Edinburgh - £30,000 (DEO)Reed are delighted to be working with one of Edinburgh leading Law firms. My client is looking for an IT Support Analyst with a real understanding of Image capture and deployment to join the 2nd line support team.The role:Responsible for Providing 2nd line supportSupporting and maintaining desktop operating systems and applications.Install hardware, software and IT systemsAct as a technical resource in projects as directed by managerCompetency/Skills Required:A lot of experience of Image capture and deployment2nd line support capability this will cover Windows 10, MS Office, Active Directory, MS Exchange etc.Experience of iManage, Kaspersky and Mimecast (or similar email gateway)Service Desk experience providing support to a multi-site organisationPatch management.Perks of the Job:Generous holiday allowanceGreat development opportunitiesGreat working cultureTeam environment
