We work in partnership with both public and private sector clients, covering government, health, education, telecoms, finance and more! Due to the launch of a brand new 12 month project, we are looking to appoint a Lead Developer with a solid understanding of C# and .NET to come onboard. You will work on an Azure-based BI tool, so knowledge of BI is preferable but not essential. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?This is a brand new opportunity for a Lead Developer with a passion for solving technological solutions to get their teeth stuck into an initial 12 month project, before moving across to the digital consultancy arm of our business. You will take the lead on a new cloud based platform, delegating work to 10 in-house developers and 20 off-shore developers. The role is split between leadership and hands-on coding so a solid background in overseeing the development of scalable systems and/or people management is key, as well as a strong understanding of Cloud technologies and the Microsoft stack. It's an exciting time to join us as we look to grow our in-house team, through which time you will play an active role in the strategic plan on the dev team, driving best practices and ensuring we stay up-to-date with tech trends!
