IT Engineer - 1st and 2nd line support

Location: Potters Bar Base - with occasional travel to other locations

Salary: £30,000pa

Due to continued expansion, we are looking to expand the support of our IT Team by introducing another IT Engineer. You will have experience of working in an IT Support environment and a clean UK driving license held for more than 2 years.Your main base will be working out of our Head Office in Potters Bar, with occasional travel throughout the Home Counties with frequent onsite and field support.You must have:

* Excellent verbal communication skills

* Be able to deliver projects and rollouts

* Be able to work to deadlines and SLA's

* Be adaptable and flexibleThe ideal Candidate:The successful candidate will have a broad technical background and solid experience in the following skills:

* User account and mailbox management across Windows/Office365

* Active Directory management (desired)

* Desktop support, folder permissions and workstation backups/updates

* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 account management

* Staff on boarding and exit processes

* Networking protocols

* Be prepared to take ownership of the role and must be able to take on ad-hoc assignments relevant to the role

* Bonus points for certifications in ITIL, CCNA, Comptia A+, Microsoft or Prince 2

* Desirable, Gsuite management, HP hardware, experience in supporting IOS and AndroidWhy should I apply for this role?
