THE ROLE. The Project Manager will lead small to medium projects and support the delivery of larger construction and estate management projects across the country.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES. As Project Manager, you'll organise small and medium scale projects and support the delivery of larger projects.
You'll be integrating the project team within the business and ensuring that a Health and Safety culture is embedded within the team.
The Project Manager will work with more senior Project Management resources to develop competence
The Project Manager will need to define with support and maintain under review the overall aims and objectives of the Project, together with their relative priorities, and the overall scope of the Project.
You will define with support and agreeing an appropriate budget, delivering the Project within this budget and managing and reporting progress against an agreed cost plan.
THE FIT. As Project Manager, you will require experience of project delivery within a Facilities Management/Construction environment.
You need a technical qualification. This role will be based from the QinetiQ Boscombe Down site, near Salisbury, but will require travel across all QinetiQ sites as projects demand.
