THE ROLE.
The Project Manager will lead and take full responsibility for Construction project delivery across the QinetiQ Estate to ensure a high level of service delivery.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES.
The Project Manager will organise the Project, the project team and its delivery.
You will be integrating the project team within the business and ensuring that a Health and Safety culture is embedded within the team.
As Project Manager, you will define and maintain under review the overall aims and objectives of the Project, together with their relative priorities, and the overall scope of the Project.
The Project Manager will be defining and agreeing an appropriate budget, delivering the Project within this budget and managing and reporting progress against an agreed cost plan. THE FIT. As Project Manager, you need around 3- 5 years' experience delivering construction projects.
You need a professional qualification in the form of degree, accreditation (APM, Prince 2, CIOB) or Chartered status. TO APPLY.
