A self-motivated individual who can pick up new technologies and tasks quickly. You will be reporting into the Converged Communications Manager, responsible for the delivery of the Converged Communications Function which encompasses all aspects of telephony technologies. This includes Avaya, BT Inbound Architect, Genesys and Skype for Business providing support for our head offices, call centres and remote sites.
As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:
Working as part of a small team of engineers, responsible for managing incidents, changes in line with defined ITIL process across telephony-based platforms in particularly Avaya CM, Elite ACD and Skype for Business.
Planning and the delivery of Converged communications services
Understanding future requirements and delivery successful change
Ensure systems are available, patched and proactively managed
