Role: C# / .NET / VB.NET Developer

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

C# / .NET / VB.NET / SQL / MYSQL / HTML / CSS / JavaScript / Bootstrap / Android / iOS / ASP.NET / MVC / JQuery / React / Angular / API's / Linux

My client is a software company in Milton Keynes looking to expand by taking on a new Microsoft Stack Developer. They are looking for someone who is a naturally skilled programmer with experience using Microsoft Visual Studio - C#, VB.net or a similar technology.

You will need to be able to:

*Write programs in a procedural language (e.g. Basic/C/C# etc.)

*Produce Windows and/or web based applications

*Develop for either; SQL Server, MySQL, or something similar and write simple SQL queries by hand

*Write HTML, CSS and JavaScript

*Use Bootstrap (or similar tech)

*Learn quickly and not be put off by systems or technologies not encountered before

*Develop apps for Android and/or iOS

*Communicate efficiently with all types of customers

It would be beneficial if you have experience:

*Applying the ASP.NET MVC framework to real world applications

*Programming and integrating with Microsoft Office products - Access and Excel in particular

*Using JQuery, React and Angular

*Using APIs for business applications such as Goldmine or Sage

*Using and writing shell scripts for Linux based systems

The right candidate is expected to:

*Be professional in appearance and attitude, and to be thorough and careful in their work.

*Have excellent written skills, oral communication skills, and clear telephone manner.

*Have a positive can-do attitude

*Have a full driving license (although the job does not involve much travel)

*A valid work permit

*Be presentable

*Care about the quality of work and customer satisfaction
