The Role:
The role is a Legal Counsel vacancy, with a broad commercial focus to the role. You will be involved across commercial contracts, company secretarial and corporate governance as well as a really broad full range of other responsibilities.
Requirements:
It is essential that you have prior commercial legal experience. You will either come from a Private practice or In-house background.
