Cloud Service Engineer - Bristol OverviewAs a Senior Engineer you must display excellent customer facing skills, and will be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms.You will be responsible for managing your own workload and for assisting junior engineers with theirs.It is a critical part of your role that you can share information and tasks with other engineers and that you keep up-to-date and detailed notes on the work you complete in our job management system.You will predominantly be working on the Project and Helpdesk sides of the business, using knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365 to assist Account Managers in existing and new business.
