Due to our rapid expansion, we are seeking to appoint a Sales Operations Manager to join our talented team that has previous experience working in Management, Sales and Business Change.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a key part of our largest team throughout the company, you will be responsible for leading a team of six Sales Managers and additionally the call centre team. You will be accountable for optimum staffing and recruitment for your team, whilst delivering an exciting and energetic environment. You will use your skills and experience in Management, Sales and Business Change to lead the call centre and deliver maximum sales revenue and provide coaching to Team Managers. You will see opportunity for growth and make any recommendations as appropriate and provide feedback from both staff and customers. The role requires you to understand all of our products, services and procedures and manage budgets, with particular attention to recruitment costs.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…Proven experience in maximising resultsManagement, Sales and Business ChangeAbility to identify opportunities IT'S NICE TO HAVE…Project Management skillsKnowledge of HR policies and proceduresOutbound call centre management experience
