My client is currently looking for a IT Service Desk Analyst Team Leader (1st Line)r to join their growing team in the heart of London. The ideal candidate will have some experience and knowledge of managing within the IT Service Desk sector prior to applying for this role.

Description

IT Service Desk Analyst Team Leader (1st Line)

  • To provide team lead of the 1st line IT technical support to all internal users from all their sites and remotely based Home Workers.
  • To provide support on IT Project & Network Supervisors on/off site
  • Hardware configuration either new or old systems
  • To be able to self-sufficient, organised and target driven
  • Great communications skills verbal/ written.
  • To record all IT related queries and issues reported to the Service Desk by telephone or in person by users as incidents in the call management system.
  • To monitor and respond to automatically logged incidents within the call management system.
  • A knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications is required.
  • The role requires a good IT technical knowledge combined with excellent troubleshooting & problem solving skills along with strong customer service skills with the ability to work under pressure in a professional manner
