IT Service Desk Engineer (2nd Line)My client is currently looking for someone to join their growing team in the heart of London. The ideal candidate will have some experience and knowledge of managing within the suppoet sector.Client DetailsMy client is one of market leader in the construction and housing market. They are looking for an IT Service Desk Engineer (2nd Line) to implement and grow the team in regard to planned/existing projects within the business.DescriptionIT Service Desk Engineer (2nd Line)Responsible for supporting and executing escalated queries.Support with hardware queries across the business.Schedule and Priorities incidents, also escalate when necessary either to the third line or the specialist team.Liaising with partnering companies to ensure that that SLA's are met.Use of test fixes to ensure that each issue is resolved correctly.manage software leases with the team.SLA management in the business. Training of staff, ensuring that staff development and performance are managed ans maintain effectively. Be responsible for leading, developing and delivering the 2nd line support.ITIL framework .Troubleshooting by using the the diagnostic tools ion the business. ProfileIT Service Desk Engineer (2nd Line)Significant experience in an IT Service Desk including call handling and desk side visits.Experience of supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10 and desktop productivity applications, including Microsoft Office.Experience supporting Outlook in an Exchange and/or Office 365 environment.Experience of accurate and efficient root cause analysis.Knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and enterprise desktop deployment solutions. Knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices and enterprise virus mitigation and protection solutions. Ability to develop training materials related to infrastructure systems components.Knowledge on VOIP , ACD and Voice recording solutionsKnowledge of Windows scripting techniques would be desirable.Job OfferIT Service Desk Engineer (2nd Line) up to £32,750 + Bonus+ Benefit
