JavaScript Developer - Leeds - Contract - £350 - £400 per day

Role - JavaScript Developer

Location - Leeds, West Yorkshire

Contract Length - TBC

Day Rate - £350 - £400

A Contract JavaScript developer is required for a Digital Marketing agency based in Leeds, West Yorkshire

You will be required to work autonomously, as well as contributing and

communicating well with a small team of skilled developers and a variety of external partners.

You'll be expected to utilise bleeding-edge technology, and with robust techniques, you'll build a variety of tools to aid and enhance user experience and data collection, including design systems, progressive apps, voice, chat bots integrations.

Essential requirements:

* Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS & vanilla JavaScript

* Templating systems

* NodeJS

* JavaScript frontend framework/library (ie ReactJS)

* Knowledge of REST/GraphQL

* Gulp, Webpack

* Appreciation for web application security techniques

* Experience of working in agile and waterfall development environments

* Time management

Nice to have:

* Experience with web components

* Experience with unit/functional tests

* Experience with AWS / Google cloud

* Experience with design systems

* A design background

* Experience with continuous development and deployment pipelines
