Working with a leading investment bank based in London, who are looking to add a Project Manager to their Robotic Process Automation function. Responsible for the RPA platform development and implementation, you will work closely with business departments and technical teams to expand the RPA Usage across the organisation.Client DetailsA well established tier 2 Investment Bank based in London.DescriptionBackground:My client has decided to invest in robotics automation technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the business units and operations by automating manual tasks where possible.To support the bank in this initiative it is necessary to hire a dedicated RPA Manager to take over the management and delivery of RPA projects. As well as take ownership of UIPath solution to maintain, support and enhance the solution.Key accountability's of the role will include:Responsible for project delivery of RPA solutionsEnsure stakeholders are managed effectively, & updated on progress, key risks and issuesWork closely with the RPA CoE (Center of Excellence) team to ensure all initiatives have measurable benefits, and are aligned with strategic business objectivesResponsible for continues improvement and management of RPA platform (UIPath).Support existing project management processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control processResponsible for vendor relationship and product roadmap with support of Head Office and technical teams.ProfileDelivery oriented, able to meet deadlines and expectations
Experience and knowledge of delivering and managing RPA solutions
In-depth knowledge of UIPath platform
Excellent organisational skills
Project documentation and status reporting
Prince 2 / PMI accreditation
Positive and proactive attitude, highly self-motivated, a self-starter and a fast learner
