My public sector client is looking for a lead to work as part of the Exchange 2010 to Exchange Online migration project team, be responsible for tracking and reporting of mailbox migration batching and communications metrics, to enable analysis of activity and issues, resource planning and delivery optimisation.

Responsiblilities
 Primary responsibilities are tracking and reporting of mailbox migration batching and communications activities as directed by the Mailbox Batching and Communications Managers which includes:scoping and development of tracking and reporting processes and templatesmaintenance and updates of the processdaily reporting in line with agreed processesweekly update reporting in line with agreed processesad-hoc reporting requestscontinuous improvement of tracking and reporting activitie
 When required supplement the Communication Coordinator team:Issuing communications in accordance with the agreed communications plan and communications distribution processesMonitoring a dedicated communications mailbox and facilitating user queries and responsesRecording and tracking user responses using a communications trackerLogging Frequently Asked Questions and reporting them to the Mailbox Migration Communications ManagerMonitoring calendar invitations, chasing non-responders and providing user invitation updates to the Mailbox Migration Communications Manager.Organising and scheduling communication events on behalf of the Mailbox Migration Communications ManagerKey Skills, Competencies and Qualifications
 Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge including the user of tables, filters, smart filters, pivot tables, vlookups, charts, conditional formatting, data transformation, text to data conversion, working with external data sourcesHighly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, including knowledge of templates, categorisation, managing workflow with folders, quick parts and quick stepsExcellent verbal and written communication skills - able to write clear and concise user communicationsHigh levels of attention to detailExcellent data analysis skills - able to identify and articulate trends, issues and anomalies derived from multiple data sourcesAble to work on multiple activities simultaneously, prioritising as neededAble to work under pressure in a changing environmentKnowledge of macros and VBA is desirable but not essentialKnowledge with MigrationStudio (or a similar migration tracking tool) is desirable but not essential
